Shipping & Taxes
What You Need to Know
For each box we charge for all applicable taxes as well as shipping outside of the continental United States. Shipping fees are currently $10.00, out side of US is based on select carrier. Your total price will reflect your state taxes on the shipping address at the time of your purchase along with all tracking information based on carrier.
Everything You Need to Know
Customers may cancel at any time, subject to the time frames below. We do not put a membership on hold. In order to cancel your subscription, you must do the following;
1. Email us at email@example.com
indicate that you wish to cancel and follow instructions that we send you in response.
2. Log into your membership and edit your account choose to cancel and follow instructions.
3. Call us at (518) 347-0994 indicating you want to cancel your membership.
4. Cancellations must be effected prior to billing date of membership renewal. For all seasonal membership, this must be cancelled before the billing date for your next season. For Annual membership, you must cancel before your next annual renewal date.
